My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, the staff was incredibly helpful and respectful. However, the service was not consistent and could be improved. The location was perfect for shopping in Brigade Road/MG Road, and the dining experience was delightful with plenty of choices. The facilities were top-notch overall.
